Creaking Doors
Sean Ryan, who is the castle’s present owner, will be glad to tell you of the many reports of tourists who have heard footsteps and creaking doors. He will even tell you of the encounters he and his family have had with mysterious, unseen guests.
The Ryan family lives year round at their castle and provides tours for visitors.

Ireland is known for leprechauns, who appear and disappear at will, but there are also mysterious visitors to Castle Leslie, located in County Monaghan.
This is another reportedly haunted castle. It has been held in this family for generations, and rumor has it that deceased members of the clan have made themselves known on occasion.
