Dublin, Ireland is one of the leading destinations for Ireland vacations. As the capital of Ireland, and a bustling city, it has a lot to offer tourists that shows them the culture of Ireland, as well as the beauty of its rich history.

The library is home to both the Book of Kells and the Book of Durrow. The Book of Kells, written by monks around 800 CE is considered the oldest manuscript in the world.

Dublin Castle is another beautiful historical building to visit. This government complex is situated in the Christchurch area of Dublin, Ireland, and was originally the head of British rule in Ireland.

The building dates back to King John, the first Lord of Ireland. It played a large part in Irish history, as the site of the disappearance of the Irish crown jewels in 1907, as well as many state inaugurations and ceremonies.
